Background

Jake got into fantasy basketball through DraftKings during his freshman year at UT Austin and immediately treated it like a video game to be optimized. He built his own Python scripts to analyze matchups, scrape injury reports, and identify inefficiencies in player pricing before the big sites catch on.

Living in a house with four roommates who are all in the same league has made for some interesting living situations during the playoffs. The whiteboard in their kitchen has been repurposed into a fantasy standings tracker.
