The Headlines

Immanuel Quickley just announced himself as a league-wide problem. 60.4 fantasy points in a Raptors blowout? That's not a one-night thing, that's a permanent shift in Toronto's offensive pecking order. The Warriors got absolutely torched 145-127, and Quickley was the flame.

Meanwhile, Keyonte George dropped 43 actual points for the Jazz in a 127-122 upset over Minnesota. If you've been sleeping on George as a late-round lottery ticket, tonight's the wake-up call. Anthony Edwards still put up 57.1 FP, but the Wolves' defense looked cooked.

The big story nobody's talking about? Julian Champagnie saving rosters in Houston. The Rockets edged the Spurs 111-106, and Champagnie's line was huge enough to carry you if your studs underperformed. That's a name you need to know going forward.

Top Performers

  1. Luka Dončić - 71.6 FP (Lakers 115, Nuggets 107)
  2. Immanuel Quickley - 60.4 FP (Raptors 145, Warriors 127)
  3. Anthony Edwards - 57.1 FP (Jazz 127, Timberwolves 122)
  4. Alperen Sengun - 51.1 FP (Rockets 111, Spurs 106)
  5. Bam Adebayo - 45.9 FP (Heat 130, Kings 117)

Luka dragged LA across the finish line despite Denver's Big Three staying broken. This is peak Luka carry-job territory. Quickley's 60 just rewrote the script for Toronto. Edwards' 57 keeps him in the elite tier even in a loss. Sengun's 51 in a tight game shows his ceiling is still sky-high. And Bam? He's reminding the league why he's a top-15 asset after a few quiet weeks.

The Disappointments

Devin Booker in the Suns win (116-110 over Philly) didn't come close to his ceiling. You grabbed him thinking he'd go off, and instead he disappeared just enough to cost you. That's frustrating when the Suns still pull out the W.

Denver's Big Three keeps being the biggest letdown in fantasy. Jokic, Murray, whoever else you expected to explode just got outgunned by Luka in a loss. That's two straight games of underperformance you need to monitor.

The Clippers' second unit in that 138-110 massacre to Chicago. If you were rostering anyone banking on LA's depth production, you got punished hard. The Bulls suffocated them.

Waiver Priority

  1. Keyonte George - Grabbed 43 points last night and showed he's ready for a major role in Utah's offense. The Jazz trusted him, and fantasy managers should too. Add now.

  2. Julian Champagnie - Not a flash in the pan. Sengun's the star, but Champagnie's giving you consistent scoring upside off waivers in Houston. That's value.

  3. Immanuel Quickley - Yes, he went off last night. But this wasn't volume luck. He's the Raptors' new engine. If he's somehow still available in your league, this is a 10-waiver priority minimum.

  4. VJ Edgecombe - The Suns game recap mentioned him as "the real story." That's a player gaining role clarity in a decent NBA offense. Worth a speculative add.

  5. Coby White - Bulls finally got him going (44.6 FP via Tre Jones' performance), which means Chicago's offense is clicking again. White's gonna eat in that environment.

Sell High, Buy Low

Sell Luka if you can. 71.6 is unsustainable, and Denver's defensive issues won't stay this bad. Lock in the peak value before regression hits.

Buy Immanuel Quickley at any price. Tonight proved he's not just a role player anymore. This is your chance to grab him before the rest of the league catches up.

Buy low on Anthony Edwards. He put up 57 and still lost. That's a player whose team is broken around him. He's gonna keep putting up numbers, and panic sellers might be soft.

Sell Bam if the Heat cool down. 45.9 is great, but Miami's schedule gets tougher. This might be the peak to ship him for draft capital.

Stay away from Denver's trio until something changes. Jokic, Murray, and the crew are broken together. The Nuggets need to figure out their defensive identity before they're league-beaters again.
